Local Program Events

Through the Spark Good program, Collaborative Expansion Foundation will host community outreach events in specified community in California, designed to support seniors and families with both immediate needs and long-term resources. During each event, participants will receive food boxes to help address food insecurity in the community.

In addition, attendees will participate in a 90-minute educational seminar focused on important topics that affect seniors and their families. The seminar will cover health and wellness, Social Security awareness, fraud prevention, understanding artificial intelligence, and resources that address isolation and care for seniors.

Participants will also be introduced to a network of trusted senior advocates who can provide guidance and support throughout the year. These advocates will serve as ongoing community resources available up to 360 days a year, helping seniors and families navigate services, ask questions, and stay connected to trusted support systems.

This program is designed to both nourish the community today and empower individuals with knowledge and resources that strengthen their well-being for the future.

Local Program Events

• This year, through Spark Good, we’ll host monthly community food distributions serving families and seniors in need. We’ll offer workshops on financial literacy, health, and nutrition at the local center and distribute educational booklets. Our goal is to reach over 500 community members this season, creating a more resilient and empowered local community.
